SYLVAN CLUB - HOUSE RULES

§1 RESPECT, CONSENT & VRChat GUIDELINES

Consent is the ultimate law in this club. Treat every guest, performer, and staff member with absolute respect.

• Always ask for permission before touching another person's avatar. Many VRChat players have "Phantom Sense" and feel virtual touches in real life.
• A "No" or "Stop" is a complete sentence and must be accepted immediately without discussion.
• In strict accordance with VRChat TOS: Harassment, stalking, toxic behavior, hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind will result in an immediate, permanent ban and a report.

§2 STRICTLY 16+ AGE LIMIT (AGE-GATED)

This is an exclusive club strictly accessible to users aged 16 and older.

• You must be at least 16 years old to be here.
• Jokes or hints about being underage (e.g., "I'm only 12") will be taken absolutely seriously. To comply with VRChat TOS, suspected minors under 16 will be permanently banned from our community and reported directly to VRChat Moderation.

§3 STRICT NO NSFW & ERP POLICY (TOS COMPLIANCE)

We celebrate a magical, high-energy neon-elven vibe, but we strictly enforce a 100% SFW environment:

• Partying, dancing, and socializing are highly encouraged everywhere in the club.
• However, sexually explicit content, full nudity, and Erotic Roleplay (ERP) are strictly prohibited EVERYWHERE on this map. There are NO exceptions, not even behind closed doors.
• Breaking this rule will result in an immediate instance kick or ban to protect the world's TOS status and our safe space.

§4 AVATAR PERFORMANCE & SIZE LIMITS

Frame drops ruin the club atmosphere. Please be considerate of other guests' framerates:

• Switch to an optimized avatar (VRChat Rank: Medium, Poor, or better) in crowded instances (40+ players).
• Extremely resource-heavy avatars must be changed if requested by Security.
• Giant avatars, massive wings, huge props, or pets that block the mirrors or the view of the stage are strictly forbidden.

§5 STAGE ETIQUETTE

The stage is the exclusive workspace of our performers, dancers, and DJs.

• Jumping on the stage uninvited during an active performance is strictly prohibited.
• You may only enter the stage if explicitly invited by the performers or security.
• Cheer for our team and enjoy the show, but give them their space to perform!

§6 WEAPONS, PARTICLES & NUISANCES

The club is a place to party and relax. Disruptive elements will be rigorously removed:

• Visual Disturbances: Flashbangs, extreme lighting effects, screen shaders, or excessive particle spam are forbidden (Epilepsy warning!).
• Audio Spam: Playing your own music over voice chat, deafening soundboards, or blown-out microphones are not allowed. The music comes exclusively from the DJ.
• Realistic firearms or threatening behavior are prohibited. Magical and fantasy props are allowed as long as they do not cause lag and do not bother anyone.

§7 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR

The safety of our guests is our top priority.

• Using crash avatars, hacking, malicious client modifications (mods), avatar ripping, IP pulling, or doxxing are severe violations. This will result in an immediate, global club ban and a direct report to VRChat Trust & Safety with video evidence.

§8 STAFF AUTHORITY & LEGAL

Our Security and Management ensure the night runs perfectly and remains within all safety standards.

• Instructions from the staff (Security, Management, Owner) must be followed at all times. Their decisions on the spot are final.
• Anyone attempting to evade moderation by blocking or muting staff members will be immediately removed from the world.
• GENERAL RULES: In addition to these house rules, the official VRChat Terms of Service (TOS) and Community Guidelines apply at all times. Any action violating VRChat's global policies will be handled accordingly.
